Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

When Can You Return?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is defective, incorrect, not as described, or if you wish to return a non-defective item. Returns are accepted for new items only. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

How It Works

Email returns@partsza.co.za with your order number and reason.

We'll reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label. Return shipping is free.

We inspect and process your refund or replacement within 7 days.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, modules) and special-order items cannot be returned unless defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Full refunds are issued for all eligible returns — no restocking fees.

For defective, wrong, or incorrectly described items, we will assess the return and, where applicable, provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or exchange in line with our obligations under South African consumer law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

New parts carry a 6-month warranty. Used or reconditioned parts carry a 3-month warranty. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
