Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
When Can You Return?
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, incorrect, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unused, unopened items — return shipping is at your cost and a 15% restocking fee applies.
How It Works
Email returns@partsza.co.za with your order number and reason.
We'll reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation number.
Pack the item securely and ship it back.
We inspect and process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Electrical parts (sensors, ECUs, modules) and special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
Defective, wrong, or incorrectly described items receive a full refund and we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are refunded minus a 15% restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping.
Warranty
New parts carry a 6-month warranty. Used or reconditioned parts carry a 3-month warranty. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
